When a crypto transaction has started, it cannot be canceled, however, if the exchange hasn't started yet but you sent the coins, you can ask the support to stop the exchange and give them directives on how to spend your sent coins. Another exchange or refund can be done
First, make sure the coins you sent are fully confirmed with at least 2 blockchain confirmations, if not yet, you will have to wait as nothing can be done. If your coins are confirmed, check the email for a notification about the exchange completion. This means the exchange coins were sent and pending blockchain confirmations if they haven't arrived in your wallet. Send us a ticket if you have further issues
We charge the lowest fees for exchange of 1-2%. All fees and exchange rates will be indicated on the exchange platform. For faster exchanges, it's advisable to do a bulk exchange as we do discounts.
Your exchange will start automatically after your sent coins are confirmed on the blockchain network. You will get email notifications. Once confirmed, the exchanged coins will be sent immediately to the recipient network. Before contacting support about a delayed exchange, first check on your wallet if the transaction you sent is fully confirmed
